BEWARE OF STEEL / SS VERSIONS OF THIS! When tightening those to spec, they can crack the Power Steering Rack, which is substantially more money than this fitting. S Chassis Racks are hard to come by, and we have seen this way too much, so please stop cracking your steering racks and just use the aluminum ones.

This fitting is designed for the Nissan Power Steering Rack High Pressure Side to have extra-long threads before it reaches the internal O-Ring seal. If you buy other fittings, lower o-ring fittings similar to this, the hex bottoms out before the O-ring can seat inside the rack. This is designed to work perfectly with all 240SX and Silvia chassis (S13, S14, and S15) as well as 350z/G35 chassis. Probably tons of other chassis too! We have upgraded the o-rings to a thicker Viton type for an even better seal that withstands insane heat cycles, too.
