Received Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise you need to take pictures of the product and the boxes that it came in. You then need to email those to customerservice@kseriesparts.com along with your name and order number. The more information that you provide the better.

We will follow up with you when get the first email and then as we get additional updates from the shipping carrier.


Received Incorrect Merchandise

Although it isn't very common, mistakes do happen. It is possible that the picture on the website is different from the merchandise that you received. It doesn't mean that the merchandise is incorrect just some images that we use may be for reference only.

If you the item that you received is incorrect, please email customerservice@kseriesparts.com several pictures showing the merchandise and the part number on the packaging.

If you did receive the wrong merchandise then we will provide you with a call tag to send it back to us free of charge. Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that the merchandise that you received is what was returned we will ship you out a replacement.


Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept any unused merchandise in brand new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

Restock fees are assessed based upon the original shipping and processing costs and are calculated when you request a return. Our customer service and sales team members are unable to calculate these costs, please follow the steps below to request a return.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

  • Installed or attempted to be installed
  • Any sealed packaging that has been opened or any tags removed
  • Marked as final sale, special order, or open box
  • Gift cards
  • Programmable ECU's or Tuners
  • Hoods, fenders, trunks, hatches, wings, or any other truck freight merchandise
  • Seats
  • Engine or transmission internals where seals have been cut or any box without a seal
  • Wheels

If non-returnable merchandise is received it will be returned at your expense or destroyed.

Club RSX, Inc. dba K Series Parts reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.

Request a Return or Exchange

Please email the following information to returns@kseriesparts.com:

  1. First and last name used to order
  2. Order number
  3. The merchandise you wish to return
  4. Two pictures showing the merchandise is unopened and brand new (do not send pictures of the shipping box)
  5. The reason for return
  6. If you would like a return or exchange
