RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

K Series Parts will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any brand new merchandise, including packaging, up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

A restocking fee of 20% or more is reduced from the price of the merchandise.

Shipping and sales tax on the restocking fee is non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE

Attempted to be installation merchandise. Once merchandise has attempted to be installed the manufacturers warranty applies.

Any box with a cut security seal or merchandise that has been removed from sealed packaging.

Merchandise marked as Special Order or Built to Order

Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned at the same time. Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.

Electronics (including Tuning Devices), Engine Internals, Transmission Internals, Turbo or Supercharger Kits, Turbochargers, Superchargers, Body Kits, Seibon Body Parts, Gift cards, and any other electronic documents.

Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise.

WARRANTY POLICY

Merchandise is only covered by the manufacturer warranty.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

K Series Parts has the right to refuse any return, exchange or warranty claim if, in our opinion, the merchandise was used, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer. If non-returnable merchandise is received it will be returned at your expense or destroyed.


REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Once you receive your merchandise, please email the following information to [email protected]:

  1. Order number
  2. The merchandise you wish to return
  3. The reason for return
  4. Pictures of your unopened, brand new product, and manufacturer box(s) - DO NOT break security seals if they are present

RECEIVED DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you receive damaged merchandise please email the following information to [email protected]:

  1. Order Number
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Picture showing the damage to the merchandise
  4. Picture showing any damage to the shipping box

RECEIVED INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

Although it isn't very common, mistakes do happen. It is possible that the picture on the website is different from the merchandise that you received. It doesn't mean that the merchandise is incorrect just some images that we use may be for reference only.

If you did receive the wrong merchandise then we will provide you with a call tag to send it back to us free of charge. Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that the merchandise that you received is what was returned we will ship you out a replacement.

  1. Order Number
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Picture showing incorrect merchandise
  4. Picture of the part number of the box the merchandise came in
  5. Reason why you believe that it is incorrect

CANCELLATION

Once you click on complete order merchandise cannot be cancelled or changed in any way unless out of stock. Our warehouses process orders quickly and ship orders outside of customer service hours.

Merchandise listed as Special Order and Built to Order products are final sale not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges.

All order cancellations have a processing fee of up to 5%.
