How Long Does Free Shipping Take?
Orders with free shipping are shipped in the most economical way from the closest warehouse possible. Most items arrive in 5 business days but some orders may take up 10 business days depending on your location and where the merchandise is shipped from.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO and International Shipping
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and international shipments are additional. To get a shipping quote, add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and click on the "Get Quote" link.
When Will My Order Ship?
We ship every business day, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. In stock merchandise placed before 2PM MST is normally shipped out the same day. Out of stock orders are shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
If you purchase multiple items, there is a chance that shipping the order will be delayed if an item in your order is out of stock. We do combine shipments as often as possible in an effort to reduce the overall shipping cost.
Where Can My Order Ship?
We can ship to any physical address within the United States or International, include APO addresses. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
We do ship to most countries in the world using USPS EMS or FedEx. To get a shipping quote, add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and click on the "Shipping Quote" link.
Will My Order Ship Together?
If you order includes multiple items they may be shipped separately and at different times.
Will I Get A Tracking Number?
We will update your order status with either a tracking number or an approximate date of shipment within 1-2 business days of your purchase. You will be sent an email with this information and you can also check your order status anytime through the order status section of the website.
Once merchandise has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Your order is considered complete once the shipping company states that the package has been delivered. If a package is lost you are responsible for working with the shipping company and Club RSX, Inc. to locate the package. If you are unwilling to assist then you absolve Club RSX, Inc. of any responsibility for the package.
Club RSX, Inc. is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen upon delivery to the shipping address requested. Please be sure to verify that the shipping address requested is accurate and secure.
You are responsible for contacting Club RSX, Inc. and the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery for lost or damage claims.
Club RSX, Inc. does not refund or reship product for claims that are denied by the shipping company.
