Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

  • Provide exceptional customer service answering questions via email, chat, phone, social media, and forums
  • Resolve customer issues quickly with future follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist customers with placing orders
  • Contact customers when merchandise is out of stock and offer alternatives
  • Assist shipping and receiving on high volume days
  • Provide feedback to management if customers have issues with the website
  • Work with management to find ways to constantly improve customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage waves of high volume phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Computer and software proficient
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Positive attitude with a desire to constantly learn
  • Punctual, honest, and self-motivated
  • Team player and flexible to provide assistance in other areas of the business when required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
Helpful but not Required:
  • Ecommerce customer service experience
  • Automotive knowledge – Honda and Acura additional bonus
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Full Time: 8:30 AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday
  • Additional hours may be required around holiday and peak seasons
  • Salary based on experience
