As soon as I opened the box, I was extremely impressed with the welds and craftmanship that went into this product. Absolutely beautiful clean and sturdy design with thick, heavy duty flanges that scream quality. Install was a breeze and paired it with a DC Sports race header. Fitment was perfect. I cannot even fit a finger between the exhaust and the heatshield under the car but it is extremely rigid and has never once rattled or touched. So if you are lowered and looking for a large diameter exhaust I highly recommend. Definitely on the quieter side but when you open it up it will bring a smile to your face. Deep clean tone you can hear even at idle but quiet enough to pull into the driveway without waking anyone up in the middle of the night. Power gains were significant for sure, I am more than happy with this product and I would be happy to buy it again.

I was looking for an exhaust that isn't too loud so I won't catch any attention from the police and one that doesn't drone to much since i daily it and drive it everyday. Also don't want anything that will burn my mugen rear lip. Something like stock but louder and deeper. And this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It look and sound like stock but BETTER! Also scream loiuder in high rpm. It is quiet so if want something louder, go with the N1, Yonoka (way cheaper), hks, etc because this isn't cheap (for me at least). Believe it or not i did feel a slight increase in power (all stock beside aem intake). Order it on Friday and received it on Wednesday afternoon. Definitely worth the $$, been having it for 1 months and no regret buying it.

I bought this cat-back system to replace some eBay exhaust the previous owner had on the car. I must say, I'm impressed with the fit, finish and sound of the Q300. The only con I can think of is the mid pipe section. Due to the size of the piping, it does kinda hang low. I haven't had problems, but if you're slammed, be careful.

Exhuast fits perfectly, though I did have to cut a piece of hose and zip tie it to one of the brackets for the muffler since it was hitting the frame just a little. Exhaust note is amazing! Not too loud so my neighbors don't hate me, doesn't draw the cops eyes, but definitely a lower note that you can hear when you're cruising and screams when doing a quick pool. Love this exhaust and I recommend it for everyone.

The Q300 is great! you get the performance of a 70mm exhaust with out the drawbacks! if your rsx is your daily, look no further, nice deep sound without being obnoxious. fit right on my car, some minor rattles but i fixed it with hi heat wrap.

This is a great Exhaust system. The sound is amazing, and I have not heard a nicer sound on a RSX in person. The sound is very low and deep until you hit VTEC, then it opens up and people definitely know you have an aftermarket exhaust. The install was easy, I had the same issue as others with the back muffler hitting the frame. Easy fix, I just bent the hanger slightly and have not heard the rattle again.

Thuis is the most satisfying mod I have gotten for my car so far. It is extremely quiet compared to my old exhaust (Megan Drift Spec) and it is very easy on the ear at highway speeds. My old exhaust used to rasp at 5k because of the cat delete (Megan test pipe) but the rasp is non-existent now. Fitment is perfect. The mid pipe has plenty of clearance and does not hit the frame like other users have said. This might be due to the test pipe or Invidia changing their design, I don't know. There is however one gripe, and it is the right muffler hanger rattling against metal in two spots, the hanger hook and a piece of the frame. Like others have stated, it is a very easy fix (Rubber hoses and zip ties). This should not scare you away from buying the best exhaust system available. The VTEC crossover sounds amazing, and the intake is louder than the exhaust at crossover. Overall, it is perfect. If you are thinking of buying a different exhaust, forget that nonsense and buy this beautiful piece of art.

hands down on the best exhaust sound I matched it with the invidia RH and its very quiet..

This exhuast is just what i was looking for. i didnt want a raspy ricey exhaust i wanted a lower growl that was quiet, but louder than stock. i have it paired with an OBX race header, hardware and gaskets all line up and fitment is perfect, no leaks. only thing i would add to any prospective buyer is some spots on the exhaust (right after the header) touch the frame and rattle. i bought some heat wrap and wrapped the pipe all around that spot. rattle gone

Got this installed around a month ago and purchased from here. Only issue with the system on my 2002 RSX Type-S is that the rear muffler hanger will hit the frame, but it's an easy fix with rubber hoses/zip ties. Like others said, the sound of this system is perfect, definitely not loud on the exterior and doesn't sound like a rice-rocket, but has a deep aggressive tone. I stood outside to see how loud it was, and wow, the sound is amazing!! Strongly Recommended, if you don't want a obnoxious exhaust, but has a deep tone, this is the one!!

This is an awesome exhaust! Had the guys down at K Series Parts install it and I have to say it is perfect! Sounds like the stock exhaust at idle and even at the lower RPMs but when you get on it, it sounds awesome! It hits the underbody a bit which does get fairly annoying but it can be fixed. The reason it hits the bottom of the car is because the piping is so large which means you are getting outstanding performance! Would recommend this exhaust to everyone looking for the best performance without a ridiculously loud exhaust!

Solid exhaust, sounds great paired with my DC race header, slight drone at 3k but still quite. The only thing is I had to dimple the top of the exhaust near the header coupling so it would fit with out hitting the frame, no big deal due to the fact it's fully stainless. Love the looks and performce of the exhaust and wouldn't buy anything or anywhere else !

If you're looking at this exhaust, get it now! Great quality, great fitment and sounds perfect, nice deep bass tone up. The only issue is one of the muffler hangers hits the sub frame and rattles. Easy fix though, don't let that stop you from purchasing this exhaust!

Perfect exhaust for anyone who aint lookin for something loud and obnoxious. also is a 70 mm exhaust which is a nice addition especially at the price. great welds and also nice looking exhaust. I LOVE IT!

Packaged nicely, welds were good. Fitment was petty good, slight rattle from the muffler exhaust hanger easily fixed with a small amount of vacuum hose for a buffer. engine is louder than exhaust at high rpm. very slight drone between 3-4k on highway. Nice refined sound thats of course louder than stock... No header with it yet. The studs on the cat are to short for the flange so you have to heat them and bang them out.

Best damn sounding exhaust ive had and heard on a DC5 without being obnoxious. The sound is very tuned and mellow. Not raspy at all. Sounds like an uber agressive ITR Catback. Ive owned an HKS Hi-Power and ITR Catback, all paired to a DCRH and CRSX RH. Ive heard many setups, and hands down, this Q300 takes the cake. I would buy this again in a heartbeat, especially since it is very stealthy in appearance. It almost looks like it came with the car.
