The Best CAI for your type-s
This CAI came in looking beautiful, unlike some intakes, it is placed down away from the engine bay so cool outside air is inducted rather than hot air from the engine. i was worried about hydro-locking my engine at first (my car is lowered) but after driving my car every day for over a year I've had no problems (i live in RI we get plenty of rain and snow). the induction noise is sick BTW! it really opened up the engine.

I previously had the Injen Megaram intake. Once I got headers, heat soak was horrible, even when I did wrap them. After switching to this, the butt dyno felt much more torque in the lower rpms, making daily driving a breeze. I would suggest getting they hydroshield, as well as taping up the holes in the fender liner when it rains (that's just me being picky, nobody sees it either)

Pretty easy install, but washer fluid container didn't quite align with the hole, so I had to do some minor modifications plus it leaked a bit one of the plug didnt fully seal. I don't use it anyway. I'm probably gonna delete it out. The car sounds great. When i start car it has a bit of a whistle sound. But driving just sounds so much better. And it does feel like it has more pull when I crank up the gas. I love it. Took me 4 hrs not gonna lie.

Well worth the money
This intake was well worth the money. It shipped very quickly and only took 2 days to arrive. The install was kind of a pain but wasnt that big of a deal. On light throttle you get a pleasing induction sound and once you crack VTEC it gets even better. Definitely a must buy

Awesome intake, can hear the suction of the intake every time I give the car a bit of gas. As the rpms climb the sound just gets better and better! No doubt great intake and installation not bad either.

The only one you should buy
I went with the mistake of first buying a short ram intake for fear of hyrdolocking my car. Truth is the car would have to be totally submerged underwater passed the fog light for this to happen and plus the hyrdoshield made by injen gives me piece of mind and really does work so buy with confidence. Other short rams or even the AEM cold air cant compare. This is where the gains are at

Close to perfect
Item shipped very quickly, took 2 days to get here. Install was decently involved and took me several hours due to missing a few good tools (ratchet extension, garden pruners/tin snips for the wheel well liner and a few more). My replacement washer fluid tank only had 2 out of 3 holes line up so I drilled a new hole in the tab that the unaligned hole was on because it was that far off. Little did I know that the tab was not solid plastic and washer fluid started leaking. Car feels stronger and more responsive after the install but there is a noticeable whistle at light throttle. I'm hoping the whistle goes away, it's pretty annoying. Maybe I just need to get a new exhaust sooner to drown out its sound!

this is intake is a must, i love it you can feel the power and actually hear vtec kick in really aggressively. had an AEM intake before and it does not even compare. its a little tight fitting in with the front bumper but just gotta play around with it abit to make it work. def worth it.

Great Intake!! I recommend this to anyone with basic upgrades. Just make sure to put on the hydra-shield to prevent water from entering your engine. GREAT PRODUCT OVERALL !

Injen has done such a great job with the design of this intake. It's easy to install and it is the best beginning part for anyone. I recommend to everyone who is considering such a performance for the money. Over 4000k rpm you will hear the roar and all it wants to do is suck air and you will have a hard time trying to let go of the gas. Good Job Injen! and Nice delivery by CLUB RSX!

Injen is awsome!
This was definitly worth the money. It has a cool hissing sound under light throttle and sounds even better under high rpms plus vtec is alot lot lot louder i am very satisfied. Very fast shipping and great quality didn't get my stickers though. Can't wait till its winter to get some really cold air goin trough it :=)

Shipping: ordered on a monday and got here on thursday. was glad to see it got here fast. order from CRSX they dont charge shipping Install: took me and a buddy about 3 hours from start to finish and is kinda of a pain but not if you know wat ur doing. Overall: the sound you get in higher rpm's is AMAZING and you will barely feel the power difference tho. i am very happy with the aggresive sound i got tho!!!

worth your $275
i sold my aemv2 to a coworker of mine on monday and order the injen cai later that day. i got it in only 4days and installation was eazy with the crsx diy. the vtec in 1st and 2nd gear are crazy. overall it has better gains then the aemv2. though the aemv2 sounds alot nicer lol.

4.5 stars to be fair
Simple, easy horsepower. It went on smooth and only took about an hour. The car sounds healthy. You can hear vtec kick in and it sounds great. It is no super part, so you cannot relly feel the 2-5 added horsepower hardly. However it is a lot more fun hitting V-tech now that I can hear it louder.

I installed the injen cold air intake in my car. took me about 6 hours from start to finish, but this was my first mod to the car you gotta take off the bumper, the battery bracket, which will also reset your radio and you will have to enter the code. the sound of the exhaust is crazy. when you hit 6.5 rpms the sound of the car is PURE BEAST. i can feel the extra power it gives my car. overall, im happy with my purchase although it was somewhat of a pain to install.

Great intake, very nice power gains and makes an awesome sound at VTEC. Install was relatively easy...the only hitch was the washer fluid bottle they sent me leaked, then they sent me a replacement..and it also leaked. Finally they sent me a 3rd one that didn't. They claimed they had a "bad batch" of washer bottles come out, so I'm assuming that this problem doesn't occur often. They threw in a sweet Injen t-shirt with the 3rd bottle, so it was all good. Would recommend!

I am not hating on the AEM but i had an AEM CAI on my car when i bought it, then i swapped it out with an Injen. when i took off the bumper and tried to clean the air filter, it was a big disappointment seeing the AEM air filter, it was not the dry flow one as i thought it would be. it was just a cheap cotton air filter from AEM for some reason. so got the Injen CAI about a week after that. the set up is alot better for installation comparing to the AEM, and also if you are looking to get the rbc IMG this is the intake you wanna get, the intake elbow sure helps during the installation. it sounds a bit louder than the AEM and i did pick up a little more power...i think that's because of the better filter. But if you are debating of getting the Injen and the AEM, you should get the Injen instead.

ClubRSX is my number 1 place to get parts for my car. They have excellent prices, shipping is simply amazing, and their staff is very friendly and helpful! The intake is a quality piece and is definitely worth every penny.

As the previous installer said.. time consuming.. be very careful when removing the stock hoses, learned it the hard way. i broke the small plastic valve. BUT when this thing is up and rdy.. WOW f*king loud, good gains and just great!

I just got mine, and installation was easy but time consuming. Do to the fact that i broke off the small hose valve, it took me 6+ hours. I would have been done in 2, but oh well. Overall, great product and it sounds ferocious

Injen Cold Air Intake
Instantly noticeable gains. Great sound when accelerating. VTEC sounds amazing even at stock engagement point. Filter sits in front right bumper. Installation fairly easy however you do have to cut into the plastic in the fender area.

Appreciable gains and wonderful vtec sound. I've been very satisfied with this CAI's performance.
