Installation Notes

Before installation, verify that your vehicle's shift lever uses an M10 x 1.5mm thread pitch.
Remove the original shift knob by rotating it counterclockwise. Depending on the vehicle, the factory shift boot may need to be released from the original knob before removal.
Thread the replacement Honda OEM aluminum shift knob onto the shift lever by hand, taking care not to cross-thread the internal threads.
Adjust the knob until the 6-speed shift pattern is properly oriented toward the driver. A compatible shift knob retaining nut may be required to secure the desired orientation.
If your vehicle uses a factory shift boot attachment system, a compatible shift boot collar or adapter may be needed to maintain a clean appearance beneath the new knob.
