Just got my knob in today. Super easy install, took me 30 seconds. Cool thing is they put the adapter that fits my RSX already in the knob for you.
It seals on tight, no wobble. The weight is heavy compared to the stock knob. Which is exactly what i was looking for. Super smooth shifting with .8 lbs. The length is taller which also helps. Overall great design, weight and feel. Highly recommended.

This knob has a nice shape and metal feel. There are a few scratches here and there after 5 months use but nothing terrible. This shift knob is NOT black though, it is gunmetal.

Got the knob quickly, and installation was easy. My only complaint (and this isn't specific to this knob) is that the shift boot (on my ep3) isn't flush with the knob.
I was able to resolve that by taking a quick trip to ace and using a nut/washer combo to hold the boot in place
