This 100% Stainless Steel 3-bolt flange is the mate to all K-Tuned header outlet flanges. It simplifies header installation by giving you a flange that will match our headers perfectly. You can choose to modify your existing exhaust piping to work with your swap, or fabricate your own exhaust system from the header back for custom applications. The flange features a nice cut-out along the inside edge so you can slip your exhaust pipe into the flange, then weld it for a strong, leak-free connection with no flow restrictions. Most flanges are simply designed to be butt welded to the pipe. However, butt welding can lead to overlapping, where the pipe is not flowing perfectly straight through the flange connection. There will be no overlapping problems with this well-designed flange.
