EXEDY organic racing clutches only use premium friction materials that are resistant to slippage and burst. Increased clamp loads give the necessary capacity to handle modified engines. This is the preferred clutch for street and light horsepower track use. Drivability is similar to the stock clutch. Pedal efforts will be slightly higher because of the higher clamp loads. All of our Stage 1 clutch discs have spring center dampers to reduce drivetrain shock.

Clutch kit includes pressure plate, disc, throwout bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bushing.

Great for a dd with some power

I paired this with a comp 11.5 lb flyhweel on a 02 rsx type s and it was well worth the price. The first few hundred miles were a little taxing at times but after break in it feels like stock with a little more bite.

great oem replacement

I don't know much about clutches, but I do know that this feels better than the stock unit that it replaced. The engagement point is more definitive; very smooth and precise. Pedal effort is just like OEM... I seriously can't tell the difference. The car is easy to shift and drive fast.

Nice feel

This combo is very nice. Engine revs a little bit quicker. Catches at good height. Just as stiff as stock. Perfect for daily. Shipping was fast! Install was easy and straight forward. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Will do business again.

Awesome OEM replacement or slight upgrade, At first during break in it felt like a stage 2 clutch and i still jerk here and there (girlfriend drives car more and has gotten used to it before myself) but its starting to feel like a bit over stock and feels great. Highly Recommended

Let me say ay first. this clutch grabs hard as fruck. I was able to chirp tires in 5th gear easily. The installation was easy except for one minor thing. One of the holes on the pressure plate was a fraction of a mm off and had to be drilled for it to bolt up to the flywheel. Everything else went smoothly. At start up, there was no throw out bearing rattle but ni i'm hearing it after almost three months. Another thing to mention is that after i installed this clutch, my pedal was disengaging the clutch almost to the top of the pedal travel. I had to go and adjust the rod behind the pedal to get it to a mnore comfortable level but the side effect of that is that the pedal now has about 1/2 - 3/4 inch of free play. Now for the most annoying part of all, this clutch has a lot of chatter, especially if you try to feather it and move the car at low rpm. If you increase the rpm and release the clutch relatively quickly it's fine... I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the few issues i mentioned. It gets 5 out of 5 for grab !!!!!
