Inspired and designed from endurance and GT racing in Japan, HKS developed its Hi-Power Exhaust system for both turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications. HKS has incorporated this new race inspired offset muffler and piping design into many street applications, which offers a greater flow and higher-PRM power gains due to the less restrictive design. This is achieved by eliminating unnecessary bends for the straightest exhaust path.
For turbocharged applications, the large in a Silent Hiand smooth exhaust flow allows greater exhaust velocity for better mid-range boost response and high-RPM power. Naturally aspirated vehicles also benefit from greater exhaust flow capacity as engine tuning levels increase. Certain applications are available -Power version which has an inner silencer built into the muffler. Like Drager Exhaust systems, Hi-Power Exhaust systems are made from SUS304 stainless steel muffler and tip assemblies. No Silencer Included

I ran a few, latest was Spoon N1 that I mainly wanted to go slightly bigger to increase flow, this one is slightly bigger and sound is similar yet noticeably leas drone at around the 4k rpm mark that the Spoon N1 had. Definitely need a heat shield if you have an 05-06 Aspec lip, will toast it otherwise. Fits almost as it was made for it with InGs bumper tho! Even with the angle which was a pleasant surprise! I didn’t want to hack my INGs+1 bumper.
I can’t wait to dyno it to see if there’s any difference from my Spoon. Looks a heck of a lot better too. Not a huge fan of the angle but am fan of the size. Does have a lot lower and I catch the edge on driveway with dip but all is good! Overall looks great, sounds great, absolutely high quality!

Installed by myself and I'm far from a mechanic despite all my basic car knowledge so that is a great plus for this kit (just use WD-40 etc. on the hangers for removal of the OEM system and entry of the HKS one) and other than that it is easy as can be really. Sound is great, deep and throaty and has a clean idle sound - great system and sound for a Honda imo.

Have had many RSX-S, hands down this exhaust is the best sounding one I�ve had yet. Installation was very easy and figment was really good as well. Packaging was amazing and came super fast very happy

Easily a 10/10 product. Shipping was great and super fast. Fits perfectly on the car as well. The sound is great, not too loud to be honest but has great tone. The tip is HUGE and looks great, i love that it’s offset a little. I wish it came with nuts for the cat so you’ll have to reuse those. Other than that, great purchase.

By far my favorite exhaust to date. I've have 3 different exhausts on my rsx and this one takes the cake. Not only does it sound super good when you get on it, it also is very tolerable when you're cruising around. There isn't any drone or weird rattling noises from fitment issues. Doesn't melt my bumper which I've seen happen on other rsx's running different exhausts. price point is very good as well. Overall 10/10 I would recommend to anyone with an rsx boosted or not.
