The Hondata 4 Bar Map Sensor is a critical performance upgrade for your S2000, R18, or L15B Turbo Civic. This plug-and-play sensor replaces the factory map sensor and allows for accurate measurement of boost levels up to 58 PSI (4 bar). With the Hondata 4 Bar Map Sensor, engine management systems such as the Hondata K-Pro or FlashPro can adjust fuel and ignition maps with precision, resulting in improved performance and power gains.

The Hondata 4 bar MAP sensor is a plug compatible replacement for the Honda factory MAP sensor. It is a direct replacement for the 06-09 S2000, R18, 2012+ SI, 2013+ ILX, 09-10 TSX, CRZ engines. This plug in sensor takes less than 60 seconds to install and eliminates the risk of sensor damage that often occurs when attempting to wire in other types of MAP sensors. The 1.5 Turbo Civic Si requires two of these sensors.

Important note for automatic transmissions

Automatic transmission computers for the 06-09 S2000, R18, 2012+ SI, 2013+ ILX, 09-10 TSX, CRZ share the MAP signal with the fuel injection computer. If you have an automatic transmission and change the MAP sensor, then the AT computer will not work correctly. You must retain the stock MAP sensor with ATs.

How do I configure my software for the 4 Bar sensor?

SManager & KManager - the settings are found in the 'Parameters' window under 'MAP'.
FlashPro - in the 'Calibration' window under 'Sensors'.

please note that the L15B Turbo requires two MAP sensors.
