This Cusco 25mm front sway bar is designed to work with Integra Type R (DC5) knuckles and header. It can work on an RSX or a Civic but you must be using both the knuckles and the header in order for this sway bar to be installed.

Installed in my 2002 Si. This is significantly larger/stronger than the OEM bar. Worth the money. I paired it with the truhart subframe brace and whiteline endlinks. Only hiccup I had was the bolts from the Truhart kit (the ones that attach the sway bar bushings to the brace/LCA) were not long enough to accommodate the aftermarket brace & larger sway bar . I used m8-1.25 30mm bolts from O'Reilly's and was able to get everything seated flush. The sway bar cleared my OEM muffler. Ride height is stock but much stiffer/less body roll.

Works perfect with DC5 ITR lower control arms. I have a 05-06 RSX TypeS with JDM ITR aluminum LCA so the 25mm Cusco is 1mm smaller than 26mm stock but it is a better option than a 23mm DC5 ITR front sway bar. Paired with the 25mm rear sway bar the car handles significantly better than stock TypeS.
