I didn't expect much from these bushing. It just replaces the rubber bushings, so it may not do all that much, I thought. To my surprise, I do feel the difference in shifting. It's a subtle feeling, but the gears go in more smoothly; there's less dampened feel. It also makes a difference in power shifting, giving me a more precise shift without the shifter rocking towards the shift direction as it would with the rubber bushings. This review is considering that all my shifter parts and cables are stock. I highly recommend these bushings as a standalone mod and especially in conjunction with other shifter mods.

You may not seem like this upgrade is much, but it made a noticeable, positive difference for us! We've had the "3rd gear pop out/grind" for years. I told my wife, "if this (along with a few other shifter related addons) doesn't help, or at least buy us some time, the transmission is coming out and being COMPLETELY gone through! I'm sick of this issue!" Guess what? About a thousand shifts later, haven't missed 3rd once. Before it was about 1 out of 3 shifts that it would have an issue. In addition, the shifter feels slightly more responsive. We added a heavy Skunk2 shifter knob (our second one, on our second Honda) and spherical shifter bushings. A great package to upgrade. THIS was the one that made the 3rd gear correction, though (I added the other 2 first, and the issue was still there until I added these).
