Installation Notes
- Before installation, inspect the automatic belt tensioner, idler pulleys, and accessory pulleys for excessive wear, damage, or bearing noise.
- Release tension from the factory belt tensioner and remove the original serpentine belt. Carefully route the replacement belt around the accessory pulleys according to the factory belt routing diagram.
- Ensure the belt ribs are properly seated in each grooved pulley before slowly releasing the tensioner.
