The Honda OEM Flywheel Inspection Cover is a genuine factory replacement designed for select Honda and Acura K20 and K24 engines, including the 2002-2006 Acura RSX Type-S and 2006-2015 Honda Civic Si. Also known as the clutch case cover or lower transmission inspection cover, this component helps protect the flywheel, clutch, and lower transmission bellhousing from dirt, moisture, and road debris.
Located between the engine oil pan and transmission, this cover closes the opening at the bottom of the bellhousing. It is commonly removed during clutch replacements, transmission servicing, and K-Series engine swaps, making it an easy component to lose or damage.

Installation Notes
- Inspect the lower transmission bellhousing and oil pan mounting surfaces before installation. Remove any accumulated dirt or debris and check the mounting holes for damaged threads.
- Position the inspection cover over the lower bellhousing opening and secure it using the appropriate factory mounting hardware. Follow Honda's service manual for installation and tightening specifications.
