Installation Notes
- Always allow the engine to cool completely before servicing the cooling system. Drain the coolant to the appropriate level, remove the original thermostat, and clean the mounting surfaces before installing the replacement.
- Inspect the surrounding coolant hoses, housing, and connections for damage or corrosion. Follow Honda's factory service manual procedures for installation and tightening specifications.
- After installation, refill the cooling system with the appropriate Honda-compatible coolant and properly bleed trapped air.
