K-Series Valve Cover Installation

Tools Required

• Deep 10mm socket

Step One

Remove manifold cover using 10mm socket.

Step Two

Remove oil dip stick, oil cap, and breather hose.

Step Three

Remove all bolts that attach power steering hose to valve cover using 10mm socket.

Step Four

Remove spark plug cover using 10mm socket.

Tip: Be gentle these bolts break easily

Step Five

Remove 6 bolts that hold on valve cover using 10mm socket.

Step Six

Remove valve cover.

Step Seven

Remove gasket seal from stock valve cover and install it on JDM valve cover.

Step Eight

Install new valve cover and install bolts and hoses using the reverse order above (step 5 to step 1).
