The shipping a little longer than supposed too because it got delayed but customer service helped me get it 2 days after i emailed them. The install was pretty easy instructions are pretty straightforward and definitely feel the difference in acceleration and the induction sound is amazing it sits right infront of of the fog light taking in real cold air away from the engine bay

Works just as intented! Install was quick and easy although I had to do a little work of my own. Nothing to do with the product though, 5 stars!

I was looking up on popular mods for my RSX, and I stumbled upon this intake. I saved up and bought it and had my local mod shop install it for me as I'm not experienced and it looked like a bit of a pain anyway. I got it back yesterday and once he revved the engine, I definitely heard a more aggressive sound! It's not extreme, but it's still noticeable. Driving with the intake is very fun, you definitely hear it in the higher RPMs. I should buy a hydro shield next for it tho. This is a must if you have the RSX!

After a whole year reading up on bolt-ons, I decided to start off wit the cai. Got the package with the hydroshield (even though it listed out of stock on kseriesparts.com) in about a week. The install took me about 4 hours. Taking off the battery makes the job easier, MAKE SURE to put in 5th, or else bwahaha...The craftsmanship is top notch, worth every penny. The engine breaths more and runs smoother. Past 5k you want to redline lol. This was my first and best upgrade ever. Thanks clubrsx for the DIY guides. Purchasing the injen cai is the best investment I've made for my base 03 DC5!

intalled this on my base auto, and it sounds incredible. i feel like the gains are less significant because of the auto tranny, but as soon as you fire up the car you can tell the motor just got a whole lot meaner. installation is easy for the most part, but feeding the intake up from the wheel well really sucks, and you will surely scratch the intake. i wish i noticed more gains but there is no questioning that injen produced a solid product here. and to cap this review off i will add that i had no issues installing this even though the box claims manual transmission only, and my washer bottle lined up perfectly on all 3 holes, despite what some of the reviews say. Recommended to all base rsx owners!

It's a night and day difference above 5000 rpm. Install took longer than expected to get proper fitment. Highly recommended.
