Designed for high-flow -10AN fuel systems, the FPR10 Pro-Lite delivers a true 1:1 fuel pressure ratio with excellent response and bypass capacity, making it an ideal choice for high-horsepower street, drag, circuit, and competition builds.
Turbosmart equips the FPR10 Pro-Lite with a stainless-steel valve seat and Mil-Spec diaphragm for reliable operation with a wide variety of fuels, including conventional gasoline, race fuels, and aggressive leaded fuels. Its large -10AN connections provide the flow capacity required by demanding fuel systems, while the adjustable base pressure allows the regulator to be tailored to the engine and fuel-system configuration.
The Pro-Lite configuration provides two -10AN inlet ports and a single -10AN return port, giving builders a straightforward solution for conventional return-style systems. It can also be configured with one inlet and one outlet when used in an appropriate dead-head-style fuel system.

The FPR10 Pro-Lite is designed for applications requiring substantial fuel volume without the additional ports of Turbosmart's larger FPR10 Pro configuration. Its -10AN feed and return connections provide ample capacity for serious performance fuel systems while keeping the installation relatively simple and compact.
For applications requiring additional fuel connections, Turbosmart offers the FPR10 Pro 5-Port EFI TS-0404-1242 and FPR10 Pro M 5-Port TS-0404-1342 as alternatives.
True 1:1 Fuel Pressure Control
- A proper boost-referenced fuel pressure regulator must maintain the correct relationship between manifold pressure and fuel pressure. The FPR10 Pro-Lite provides a true 1:1 ratio, allowing fuel pressure to respond appropriately as manifold pressure changes. This makes it particularly well suited for turbocharged and supercharged engines where accurate differential fuel pressure is critical to consistent injector operation.
- With an adjustable 50–130 PSI base-pressure range, the TS-0404-1442 also provides considerable flexibility for specialized EFI and high-pressure performance fuel systems.
Installation Note
- The Turbosmart TS-0404-1442 is a universal fuel pressure regulator, so the required hoses, AN fittings, fuel-pressure sensor or gauge, and other plumbing components will depend on the vehicle's fuel-system configuration.
- Turbosmart recommends using properly rated fuel lines and high-quality fittings throughout the system. The regulator should also be positioned away from significant heat sources, and the fuel system should be carefully inspected for leaks after installation.
