Maintain precise and consistent fuel pressure in your performance fuel system with the Turbosmart TS-0404-1024 FPR6 Fuel Pressure Regulator. Designed specifically for -6AN fuel systems, the FPR6 combines excellent flow and bypass capacity with a true 1:1 pressure ratio, providing stable fuel-pressure control from idle through wide-open throttle.
The FPR6 features a stainless-steel valve seat and Mil-Spec diaphragm, allowing it to handle a broad range of fuels, including conventional gasoline, race fuels, and aggressive leaded fuels. With an adjustable pressure range of 35–80 PSI, the TS-0404-1024 is designed for EFI applications and can support fuel systems up to 1,200 horsepower, depending on the overall fuel-system configuration.
CNC-machined in-house from billet aluminum and stainless steel, Turbosmart FPRs are hand-assembled and individually tested for precision and reliable operation. The red finish gives the regulator a distinctive appearance while its compact design makes it well suited to performance street cars, turbocharged builds, race cars, and custom fuel systems.

True 1:1 Fuel Pressure Control
- The FPR6 is designed to maintain a true 1:1 relationship between fuel pressure and manifold pressure. This is especially important on forced-induction engines, where fuel pressure needs to rise appropriately as boost pressure increases to maintain the required pressure differential across the injectors.
- Its combination of strong bypass capacity and fast pressure response makes the TS-0404-1024 an excellent choice for performance EFI systems where stable fuel delivery is critical.
-6AN Performance Fuel Systems
- The TS-0404-1024 features -6AN connections for the inlet, outlet, and return, making it well suited to compact -6AN return-style fuel systems. Turbosmart also offers the FPR6 in several other colors, with TS-0404-1024 specifically identifying the red version.
- For low-pressure carbureted applications, Turbosmart offers a separate FPR6 LP version with a 3–20 PSI adjustment range; TS-0404-1024 is the standard 35–80 PSI EFI version.
Installation Note
- The FPR6 is a universal fuel-system component, so hoses, AN fittings, a pressure gauge or sensor, and other plumbing components are selected according to the individual installation. Turbosmart specifies a 1/8" NPT gauge/sensor port and recommends using properly rated fuel hose and high-quality fittings. The regulator should also be mounted at least 100 mm from significant heat sources.
