This version of Turbosmart's proven RacePort is engineered specifically for supercharged applications, combining an extremely compact package with exceptional airflow and a softer spring designed around the unique operating characteristics of a supercharger system.
The GenV RacePort features a large 50mm / 2.0-inch inlet capable of flowing more than 330 CFM. Despite its substantial airflow capability, Turbosmart designed the RacePort to be approximately 50% lighter and 25% smaller than competing valves of its type, making it especially useful where engine-bay space and weight are important considerations.
Unlike the standard turbo-oriented RacePort, the TS-0204-1152 Supercharger version uses a softer -4 inHg spring. This allows the valve to remain open during idle conditions when the supercharger may still be producing airflow, helping provide the operating characteristics required by supercharged systems.

Purpose-Built for Supercharged Engines
- Supercharger systems can require different bypass-valve behavior than conventional turbocharger systems. Turbosmart equips the TS-0204-1152 with its softer -4 inHg spring, allowing the RacePort to operate properly during idle conditions where a supercharger can continue moving air through the intake system.
- This makes the 1152 different from simply installing a standard RacePort BOV on a supercharger system. It retains the RacePort's massive airflow capability while providing spring characteristics specifically intended for supercharged operation.
High-Flow 50mm RacePort Design
- The RacePort's 2-inch inlet flows more than 330 CFM, providing substantial bypass capacity for high-output forced-induction systems. Turbosmart combines that airflow with a compact billet housing and optimized internal passages, allowing the valve to handle serious airflow without requiring an unnecessarily large installation footprint.
- Turbosmart's Boost-Balance Technology, positive-sealing valve seat, MIL-SPEC hard-anodized guide and stem, and high-temperature diaphragm are designed to provide fast response and reliable sealing under demanding operating conditions.
Installation & Application
- The TS-0204-1152 is a universal supercharger-specific RacePort, so installation requires appropriate placement and fabrication for the particular supercharger and charge-pipe configuration. The supplied profiled alloy weld-on fitting and V-band assembly provide the components needed to integrate the valve into compatible fabricated charge piping.
For high-output supercharged builds requiring significant bypass airflow in a compact package, the Turbosmart TS-0204-1152 GenV RacePort Supercharger BOV combines a 50mm high-flow valve, 330+ CFM capacity, supercharger-specific soft spring, billet construction and quick-release V-band mounting into a purpose-built performance solution.
