Build a stronger Honda B-Series bottom end with the Skunk2 Alpha Series Connecting Rods, Part #306-05-1130. Engineered for performance B18 and B20 applications, these rods are manufactured from forged 4340 chromoly steel and feature Skunk2's straight H-beam design for an excellent combination of strength, durability, and weight.

Designed for naturally aspirated and forced-induction performance builds, Skunk2 Alpha Series rods undergo extensive heat treating, tempering, shot peening, and inspection processes to provide consistent strength under demanding engine conditions.

Each rod is equipped with 3/8-inch ARP2000 rod bolts, precision-machined bronze wrist-pin bushings, and dual pin-end oil passages. The offset oil passages help distribute lubrication around the wrist pin throughout the engine cycle, improving lubrication and cooling in this critical high-load area.

Skunk2 rates these Alpha Series rods for 900+ horsepower, making them an excellent choice for high-performance street, turbocharged, supercharged, and competition B-Series engine builds.

Skunk2 specifically notes that 306-05-1130 is not compatible with OEM-style pistons. Always verify piston wrist-pin diameter, pin configuration, compression height, crankshaft dimensions, and engine combination before assembly.
  • Professional engine assembly, proper bearing clearances, fastener preparation, and verification of all rotating-assembly clearances are strongly recommended.
