Extreme temperatures and vibrations associated with high-performance turbo setups can cause fatigue or even loosening of the turbo manifold hardware. SpeedFactory Racing turbo manifold stud kits are made from Ti-6Al-4V and fit turbo manifolds using an M10 x 1.5mm thread pitch – the current industry standard for exhaust manifolds.
This kit connects the turbine inlet to the exhaust manifold. Studs thread in with the assistance of a 4mm hex key tip.
Titanium is ~45% lighter, stronger, and will not rust or corrode like steel hardware.
This hardware provides a tight, reliable fastening of your turbo so you don’t have to worry about potential damage caused by loosening. M10 Ti nuts and washers allow adequate torquing of the turbo without breaking or deforming.
Available in standard (raw) or burnt titanium finish.
