The Rywire Honda K24 Tucked Engine Harness (Part Number: RY-K24-BASE-FRONTVSS) is designed for optimal compatibility and reliable performance with Honda K24 engines from 2002 to 2004. Version 2 of the Rywire K-series engine harness was created to facilitate a more universal chassis and harness routing preference. This style can be routed more like the OEM K-series engine harness through the center or more to the right on the firewall than its Version 1 counterpart. This routing method is ideal for our (RHD) Right Hand Drive customers, however NOT exclusive to RHD chassis and does work fine on a LHD chassis. Version 2 is also routed in a way that allows you to get around aggressive headers.

Our Budget K-series Version 2 (K2) wire-tuck engine harness is nearly identical to its K2 Mil-spec counterpart, with the primary differences being the type of wire used, the single black wire color, and the expandable loom used. All connectors and materials are new. Each connector is crimped with pneumatic heads to ensure an OEM crimp every time, then tagged with a white identification label for easy installation. All heavy interference circuits are protected and grounded with proper wire covering. On the Rywire harnesses for the K20/24, we wire the "TDC" on the intake and the "CPS" on the exhaust side of the head. Our logic is that the exhaust cam position sensor is the ECU trigger reference for timing, and the TDC sensor is the reference for the VTC cam control solenoid position on the intake side of the engine. The connectors are exactly the same, wired the same way, and they are located right next to each other.

If you feel this logic is incorrect, or you simply just want them wired the other way, you can easily flip A25 and A26 wires at the ECU and plug them in reverse.
