Designed with motorsports use in mind, PCI's Race Spec Side Skirts help manage airflow along the sides of the vehicle and reduce the amount of high-pressure air entering underneath the chassis. They are especially effective as part of a complete aerodynamic package incorporating a front splitter, undertray, rear diffuser, and rear wing.
The SS-EK-3 is the 3-inch-tall version, offering a more street-friendly amount of ground clearance than PCI's taller 4-inch and 5-inch options while still providing the functional benefits and aggressive styling of a vertical race-style side skirt.

Functional Race Spec Aerodynamics
- Unlike conventional cosmetic rocker-panel extensions, PCI's Race Spec Side Skirts are designed as functional aerodynamic components. The vertical skirt helps manage airflow along the lower sides of the chassis and becomes particularly useful when combined with other underbody aero components.
- PCI specifically designed its Race Spec Side Skirts to complement front splitters, undertrays, wings, and rear diffusers, allowing the individual components to work together as a more complete aerodynamic system.
PCI offers this style of Race Spec side skirt in three different heights:
- SS-EK-3 – 3" Side Skirts
- SS-EK-4 – 4" Side Skirts
- SS-EK-5 – 5" Side Skirts
The SS-EK-3 is the shortest of the three and is an excellent choice for a street/track EK Civic or a vehicle that is already lowered. The 3-inch profile provides additional ground clearance for driveways, trailer loading, speed bumps, and street use while retaining PCI's functional vertical side-skirt design.

Installation Note
