Designed for select Honda and Acura 2.4L applications, this direct-fit converter is engineered to replicate the fit, function, and exhaust-flow characteristics of the original equipment while providing the durability of stainless-steel construction.
MagnaFlow uses advanced 3D scanning technology during development to accurately reproduce factory mounting locations, flange geometry, and oxygen-sensor positioning. The direct-fit design allows the converter to install using the factory-style connection points without cutting or welding when used on the correct application. Free-flowing mandrel-bent tubing maintains OE-like exhaust geometry for smooth flow and proper engine operation.
The 52024 features a stainless-steel converter body with a ceramic substrate along with heavy-duty 16-gauge 409 stainless-steel tubing and durable 308 stainless-steel MIG welds. MagnaFlow also uses a compact, low-mass converter design to promote thermal efficiency while its OE-inspired construction is intended to maintain factory-like performance and fuel efficiency.
