Upgrade your K-Series cooling system with the Hybrid Racing HYB-TSA-01-05 Adjustable Low-Temperature Thermostat Housing. Designed for performance builds, engine swaps, and custom cooling-system configurations, this billet aluminum thermostat housing combines improved plumbing flexibility with a 68°C / 154.4°F low-temperature thermostat. The thermostat reaches full opening approximately 18°F sooner than Hybrid Racing's standard-temperature version, helping coolant circulate through the radiator earlier.

The housing features a 360-degree swivel design, allowing the coolant outlet to be positioned to suit different radiator and hose configurations. Its main outlet uses a -16 ORB thread, giving builders the option of running an OEM-style radiator hose outlet or an AN-style fitting. An additional M18 x 1.5 threaded port provides a convenient location for an auxiliary coolant temperature sensor or other compatible accessory.

Machined from billet aluminum and finished with Hybrid Racing's black anodized coating, the HYB-TSA-01-05 is designed to provide a durable, leak-resistant cooling solution while giving K-swapped and performance vehicles considerably more flexibility than a fixed factory thermostat housing. An OEM-style O-ring is used to provide reliable sealing.
