Improve shift feel, precision, and durability with the Hybrid Racing HYB-SCA-01-43 Performance Shifter Cable Set. Designed as a performance replacement for the factory shifter cables in applicable Honda Fit and Honda Jazz manual-transmission models, these upgraded cables reduce the flex and compliance found in the OEM cable assembly for a firmer, more connected shifting experience.
Hybrid Racing upgrades several areas of the factory cable design with solid rod ends, spherical bearings, stainless steel push rods, and stainless steel swivel support tubes. The OEM plastic components are replaced with stronger machined components, helping improve durability while providing more direct feedback through the shifter.
The rod ends and mounting bushings are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched with Hybrid Racing branding. A permanently lubricated cable core provides smooth operation, while the cable assembly is rated for temperatures up to 225°F. HYB-SCA-01-43 is a direct replacement for the factory cables when used with the original L-Series transmission.

Installation Notes
- The OEM center bracket and cable/chassis seal are reused during installation. Hybrid Racing's installation guide also specifies different supplied inserts depending on the Fit application; for example, the black insert is used on the later GE Fit configuration.
Important Fitment Note:
- HYB-SCA-01-43 is intended as an upgraded replacement cable set for Fit/Jazz models retaining the factory L-Series transmission. It is not the correct cable set for a K-swapped Fit/Jazz. Hybrid Racing offers separate K-swap cable configurations for vehicles using K-Series transmissions.
