Improve shift feel, precision, and durability with the Hybrid Racing HYB-SCA-01-13 Performance Shifter Cable Set. Designed specifically as a direct replacement for the factory cables in the 2003 Acura CL Type-S (YA4), these upgraded cables replace several flex-prone OEM components with stronger performance-oriented materials for a firmer, more connected shifting experience.
Hybrid Racing replaces the factory-style compliant connections with solid rod ends, spherical bearings, and CNC-machined aluminum end links and bushings. These upgrades help reduce unwanted movement in the shift mechanism, resulting in more direct feedback through the shifter and helping reduce the potential for missed shifts.
The cables also feature stainless steel push rods, stainless steel swivel support tubes, and a permanently lubricated cable core. The upgraded stainless swivel tubes replace plastic components found in the OEM cable assembly, improving durability for demanding street and performance use.

Installation Notes
- HYB-SCA-01-13 is designed as a direct replacement for the OEM shifter cables. During installation, the factory center bracket, cable seal, grommets, and other applicable OEM hardware must be transferred to the Hybrid Racing cables.

Important Fitment Note:
