Designed for select Honda and Acura K-Series engines, this performance gasket is precision-machined from a high-temperature, thermal-resistant polymer that helps insulate the intake manifold from heat generated by the cylinder head.
Unlike the thin stamped-steel OEM-style gasket, the Hybrid Racing thermal gasket creates an insulating barrier between the aluminum cylinder head and intake manifold. Reducing this heat transfer can help maintain more consistent intake manifold temperatures during demanding driving conditions.
The HYB-IMG-01-10 is a simple upgrade for naturally aspirated and forced-induction K-Series builds and is compatible with popular engines including the K20Z3, K20Z4, K24A2, K24A4, and K24A8.
