This upgrade complements Hybrid Racing’s Heavy-Duty Gear Selector Springs by enhancing the forward and backward motion of your shifter, while the selector springs improve the side-to-side action — together offering a total transformation of your car’s shifting experience.
Ideal for street or track-driven Hondas, these springs restore precision to worn transmissions and enhance control for spirited driving. Installation is straightforward and uses all three detent springs for six-speed models like the CR-Z and Fit RS, while five-speed models such as the standard Fit or Jazz use two springs. For proper installation, torque the detent bolts to 16 lbf-ft (22 N·m).
