Simplify your K-Series accessory drive with the Hybrid Racing HYB-BUN-01-A3 Idler Bracket, Pulley & Belt Combo. Designed for popular Honda and Acura K20/K24 engines with the hydraulic power steering pump removed, this complete package replaces the factory power steering pump with a properly positioned idler pulley while retaining the OEM automatic belt tensioner and alternator.
The HYB-BUN-01-A3 configuration is specifically designed for engines equipped with a 6.50-inch (165mm) crank pulley. It combines Hybrid Racing's HYB-IDB-01-02 idler bracket and pulley system with the correct HYB-BLT-00-04 52-inch (7PK1320/520K7) serpentine belt for applications where both hydraulic power steering and A/C have been deleted.
Unlike accessory-delete setups that rely on manually repositioning the alternator to establish belt tension, Hybrid Racing's system retains Honda's factory automatic tensioner. This helps keep the belt within the proper operating tension range while reducing the possibility of belt slip, belt walking, charging issues, or premature accessory wear. Hybrid Racing also revised the pulley geometry to provide more than 1.5 inches of additional hood clearance compared with the factory power steering pulley.

Important Fitment Note:
- HYB-BUN-01-A3 is specifically configured for a 6.50-inch (165mm) crank pulley with both hydraulic power steering and A/C deleted.
- Hybrid Racing recommends measuring the outside diameter of the crank pulley before ordering.
- If A/C will be retained, the supplied 52-inch belt is not the correct belt; Hybrid Racing specifies a 7PK1660 belt for the HYB-IDB-01-02 bracket with a 6.50-inch crank pulley when retaining A/C.
