The Honda OEM Flywheel Inspection Cover is a genuine factory replacement designed for the 2002-2006 Acura RSX Base and 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si equipped with the K20A3 engine and factory steel oil pan. Also known as the lower transmission inspection cover, this component helps protect the flywheel, clutch, and lower transmission bellhousing from dirt, moisture, and road debris.
Located between the engine oil pan and transmission, this cover closes the opening at the bottom of the bellhousing. It is commonly removed during clutch replacements, transmission servicing, and K-Series engine swaps.
Manufactured to Honda's original equipment specifications, this inspection cover provides precise fitment and factory-quality protection. It's also a popular replacement for K20/K24 builds converting from an aluminum oil pan to a steel oil pan.

Installation Notes
- Inspect the lower transmission bellhousing and oil pan mounting surfaces before installation. Remove any accumulated dirt or debris and check the mounting holes for damaged threads.
- Position the inspection cover over the lower bellhousing opening and secure it using the appropriate mounting hardware. Follow Honda's factory service manual for proper installation and tightening specifications.

Perfect for those doing a K24a swap and keeping the steel pan! Be sure you have a couple 10mm bolts laying around. I used this on my swapped 05 Rsx Type S and worked as you’d expect from a oem part 👌🏻
