Dual-Height Mounting System
- Hasport's dual-height design is particularly useful when choosing between K20 and K24 engines. Because the K24 has a taller deck than the K20, drivetrain positioning can affect hood clearance, ground clearance, axle geometry, and aftermarket component fitment.
- The GKK system is designed so that the cylinder head remains in the same location whether a K20 or K24 is used, allowing headers, intake systems, and turbo kits to maintain similar positioning between engine combinations.
Bushing Options
- U62A – Street: Best suited for daily-driven and street-oriented builds
- U70A – Race: Firmer option for aggressive street and competition use
- U88A – Extreme Race: Very stiff configuration intended primarily for racing
- U94A – Most Extreme Race: Maximum drivetrain control for dedicated competition vehicles
Higher-durometer bushings provide greater control over drivetrain movement but will also increase noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) inside the vehicle.
