Build a K-Series-powered AWD Honda with the Hasport EGKAWD K-Series Engine Swap Mount Kit. Designed for the 1992–1995 Honda Civic, 1993–1997 Honda Del Sol, and 1994–2001 Acura Integra, the EGKAWD provides the mounting solution for installing a Honda K-Series engine with a CR-V or Element AWD manual transmission. It can also be used with compatible CR-V and Element FWD manual transmissions.
Hasport's EGK system features a dual-height design that helps optimize engine placement for axle alignment, ground clearance, and hood clearance. This makes the kit suitable for a wide variety of K20 and K24 combinations while providing the drivetrain positioning needed for serious street, drag, and track builds.
Engineered using sophisticated CAD/CAM technology, Hasport mounts combine performance-oriented construction with polyurethane bushings designed to control excessive drivetrain movement. Multiple bushing stiffness options allow the EGKAWD to be configured for everything from a street-driven K-swap to a dedicated competition vehicle.

The EGK system works with both factory manual and automatic chassis, making it suitable for manual-conversion projects as well as vehicles originally equipped with a manual transmission.
The EGKAWD configuration is designed specifically for:

Higher-durometer bushings provide greater control over engine movement but will also increase noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) transmitted into the chassis.
Installation Requirements
- Installation of the EGKAWD requires some engine-bay modification. Hasport specifically states that the factory transmission bracket must be cut from the frame rail. After the necessary chassis preparation is completed, the mount system provides the primary mounting solution for the K-Series drivetrain.
- For a complete AWD conversion, additional components will be required, including the appropriate transmission, transfer assembly, driveshaft, rear differential, axles, rear drivetrain components, fuel/exhaust modifications, wiring/ECU solution, shifter and cables, and chassis fabrication.
Important Fitment Note:
- EGKAWD is an engine/transmission mount kit and does not by itself convert the vehicle to AWD. It is specifically the EGK configuration intended for K-Series CR-V and Element AWD/FWD manual transmissions. An AWD conversion requires substantial additional drivetrain and chassis work beyond installation of the mount kit.
