Upgrade your EF chassis with the Hasport EFSTK / EFD2 Performance Engine Mount Kit, designed for 1988–1991 Honda Civic and CRX models with a manual transmission. Hasport offers this mount system in two configurations, allowing you to retain an original 1988–1991 D-series/ZC engine or install a later 1992–2000 D-series engine into the lightweight EF chassis.

The EFSTK configuration is designed for original 1988–1991 Civic and CRX D-series engines and is also compatible with 1988–1991 JDM SOHC and DOHC ZC engines. The EFD2 configuration allows the EF chassis to accept 1992–1995 Civic D-series engines using the 2-bolt block bracket as well as 1996–2000 D-series engines.

Hasport's performance mounts provide increased control over engine and transmission movement compared with worn factory rubber mounts. The system is designed for proper engine positioning and axle alignment while offering multiple urethane stiffness options for everything from a daily-driven street car to a dedicated competition build.

Higher-durometer bushings provide greater control over drivetrain movement but will also transmit additional noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) into the chassis.

Hydraulic Transmission Note
  • If you're using a 1992–2000 Civic D-series manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch, Hasport specifies adding the EFDHC and EFDHCL components. Hasport's hydraulic conversion system allows the later hydraulic-clutch transmission to be used in the EF chassis while operating the clutch through the EF's cable system.
Choosing Between EFSTK and EFD2
  • Choose EFSTK if your 1988–1991 Civic or CRX is retaining an original-generation D-series engine or compatible JDM ZC.
  • Choose EFD2 if you're installing a later 1992–2000 D-series engine into your 1988–1991 Civic or CRX.
