Designed specifically for the 1990–1993 Honda Accord (CB chassis), the CBK system provides a purpose-built mounting solution for installing popular Honda K20 and K24 engines with a variety of K-Series manual transmissions.
Hasport's dual-height mount design optimizes drivetrain positioning for axle alignment, ground clearance, and hood clearance. The design also keeps the cylinder head in a consistent position, helping simplify the fitment of intake, header, exhaust, and other engine-bay components.
The CBK system is available in multiple configurations based on transmission choice, including RSX/Civic Si, Accord/TSX, and CR-V/Element AWD or FWD manual transmissions. It can be installed in an Accord chassis that was originally equipped with either an automatic or manual transmission, although chassis preparation is required.

The CBK is a mount-kit family with different versions based on the K-Series transmission being used:
- CBK2 / CB1K2 – RSX and 2002–2011 Civic Si manual transmissions
- CBK4 / CB1K4 – 2003–2007 Accord and 2004–2008 TSX manual transmissions
- CBK5 / CB1K5 – 2008–2013 Accord, 2009–2014 TSX, and 2012–2015 Civic Si manual transmissions
- CBKAWD / CB1KAWD – K-Series CR-V and Element AWD or FWD manual transmissions

Bushing Options
- U62A – Street: Best suited for daily-driven and street-oriented vehicles
- U70A – Race: Firmer option for aggressive street and performance use
- U88A – Extreme Race: Very stiff configuration intended primarily for competition
- U94A – Most Extreme Race: Maximum drivetrain control for dedicated race applications
Higher-durometer bushings provide greater control over drivetrain movement but will also increase noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) transmitted into the chassis.
Construction & Design
- Hasport designs the CBK system using sophisticated CAD/CAM engineering. Available retailer specifications also describe the system as using robotically welded, laser-cut steel brackets with Hasport polyurethane bushings. The result is a swap mount system designed to combine accurate drivetrain placement, durability, and performance.
Installation Requirements
- Installation of the CBK requires modification to the Accord engine bay. Specifically, the factory transmission bracket must be cut from the frame rail. After the necessary engine-bay preparation, the mount kit provides the primary mounting solution for the K-Series drivetrain.
- Additional swap components will be required depending on the engine and transmission combination, including items such as axles, intermediate shaft, shifter and cables, wiring/ECU solution, cooling system components, intake, header/exhaust, and other swap-specific hardware.
Important Fitment Note:
- CBK identifies Hasport's K-Series swap mount family for the 1990–1993 Honda Accord. The correct CBK2, CBK4, CBK5, or CBKAWD configuration must be selected according to the manual transmission being used. Installation requires removal of the factory transmission-side frame-rail bracket, so appropriate fabrication experience or professional installation is recommended.
