Restore a smooth, clean surface with Griots Garage Paint Cleaning Clay, Part Number 11153. This professional-grade detailing clay removes bonded surface contaminants that regular washing may leave behind, helping prepare automotive paint for polishing, waxing, sealing, or ceramic coating applications. The 8-ounce package provides a generous supply for routine vehicle care and detailing projects.

Use Griots Garage Paint Cleaning Clay to lift embedded contaminants such as industrial fallout, rail dust, overspray, and other rough residue from painted surfaces and compatible exterior finishes. When used with an appropriate clay lubricant, the clay glides across the vehicle while collecting contaminants without aggressive abrasion. This process helps improve paint smoothness and enhances the appearance and performance of subsequent detailing products.

Part Number 11153 is suitable for automotive enthusiasts, professional detailers, and anyone seeking a cleaner, more refined finish before applying protection. For best results, wash and dry the vehicle first, work in small sections with adequate lubricant, and regularly fold the clay to expose a clean surface. Store the clay in a clean, sealed container between uses to help maintain its effectiveness.
