The EXEDY DH04D is a replacement sprung-center clutch disc designed for select EXEDY Hyper Single clutch assemblies. It provides a direct service replacement for the original disc, allowing you to refresh a compatible Hyper Single clutch without replacing the complete clutch and flywheel assembly. EXEDY documentation lists the DH04D as the replacement disc for HH01SD, HH02SD, and HH03SD Hyper Single kits.
The DH04D features a 200mm (7.9-inch) disc diameter with a 24-tooth, 26mm spline and a sprung hub design. Its segmented ceramic-metallic friction surface is intended for the performance-oriented engagement characteristics of EXEDY's Hyper Single system, while the sprung center helps absorb drivetrain shock during engagement.
