The DC Sports HHS5022 Stainless Steel Header is engineered to improve exhaust flow and performance while providing the quality, fitment, and durability DC Sports is known for. Designed as a performance upgrade for compatible Honda Accord 2.4L applications, this header replaces the restrictive factory exhaust manifold with a free-flowing tubular design.
Its 4-2-1 configuration is designed to improve exhaust scavenging and promote stronger power throughout the usable RPM range, with particular emphasis on low- and mid-range response. Smooth mandrel-bent tubing helps reduce exhaust restriction, while precision flanges provide a secure connection to the cylinder head and exhaust system.
Unlike the ceramic-coated HHC5022, the HHS5022 features stainless steel construction and a polished finish, providing excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean performance appearance.
