Want a simple bolt-on that actually makes your 9th-gen Accord feel tighter and more confident? The DC Sports CS-2 Front Strut Bar (SKU: CSB5531) is it. This single-piece strut bar uses a dual bar layout with a dimple-die center plate to tie your strut towers together and cut down on chassis flex. You’ll feel sharper steering response, better mid-corner stability, and more predictable feedback from the front end.
This DC Sports front strut is built for both 2.4L and 3.5L cars, so whether you’re after an Accord 2.4L strut bar or an Accord 3.5L strut bar, this fits. It works as an Accord steel strut bar / Honda front strut bar for most 13–17 cars and gives you the rigidity of a single-piece strut bar without killing daily drivability. You’re getting a true chassis flex reduction bar that actually does something every time you turn the wheel.
If you’re hunting for an Accord strut tower bar, DC Sports strut bar, or upper strut Honda Accord upgrade that you can feel right away, this is the move. We run this DC Sports upper strut on our own Accords because it tightens up the front end without adding noise or harshness. It’s a quick install and one of those “why didn’t I do this sooner?” handling improvement strut bar upgrades.
*Does Not Fit LX or Hybrid trims.
