- The AHS6016 is CARB legal for 2004–2007 Acura TSX applications under Executive Order D-370-14. The California Air Resources Board listing specifically identifies AHS6016 for the 2004–2007 Acura TSX 2.4L.
- Although DC Sports lists the header as fitting the 2008 Acura TSX, the CARB exemption referenced above covers 2004–2007 models only. Owners of 2008 vehicles should verify applicable state and local emissions requirements before purchase or installation.
