The AWE Tuning Touring Edition Exhaust is designed for Honda Civic Type R owners seeking a balance of aggressive performance and refined sound. Crafted from 3-inch T304L stainless steel, this downpipe-back exhaust system enhances your vehicle's exhaust flow while maintaining a deep, sophisticated tone. Featuring an integrated front pipe, a bespoke mid pipe resonator, and AWE's patented 180 Technology? drone-canceling solution, the Touring Edition delivers a full-bodied, rasp-free exhaust note that remains smooth at highway speeds. This system is engineered to provide a straight-pipe performance experience with minimal cabin drone, ensuring a comfortable yet exhilarating drive. The exhaust is meticulously engineered and packaged specifically for the FK8 Civic Type R, guaranteeing perfect fitment and compatibility, backed by AWE's No CEL and Fitment Guarantee.
The DualPhase mid pipe enhances the exhaust system's Helmholtz properties, working in tandem with the 180 Technology-equipped rear section to suppress unwanted drone frequencies, especially when paired with aftermarket downpipes. For those using the factory downpipe, the DualPhase mid pipe still offers OEM+ performance, allowing for seamless upgrades. The system includes a 3-inch integrated front pipe, designed exclusively for this exhaust, and four-and-a-half-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips available in chrome silver or diamond black. These tips are individually adjustable, allowing you to customize how far they extend into the bumper for a personalized look. Each exhaust features a stamped AWE logo on the tips, emphasizing quality craftsmanship, and provides a sleek, high-performance upgrade for your Civic Type R.
Whether you're pushing your car to the limit or cruising on the highway, the AWE Touring Edition Exhaust offers a compelling combination of aggressive sound, refined performance, and drone-free comfort. Easy to install and designed specifically for the FK8 chassis, this system ensures a seamless fit and long-lasting durability, making it a top choice for enthusiasts seeking a premium exhaust upgrade with a sophisticated edge.
