The all new Takeda Momentum Sealed Intake System produces up to 20HP and 18lbs. x ft. of torque over stock, while outflowing the factory intake by 42%. This system uses a PRO DRY S progressive mesh three layer synthetic "oil free" filter for maximum airflow and convenience. Also included is a unique rotomolded sealed air box designed to increase airflow using the factory ram air scoop for maximum torque in all weather situations. Takeda intakes come complete with all necessary hardware.

Sounds good above 4k up. Vtec is definitely way louder. Coolant hose they supply is junk but you can reuse stock one. All in all it's a pretty good buy for stock ecu.

Installation wasn't too difficult, instructions were easy to follow, just wish the images were a little clearer. Installing the airbox was the most difficult, removing the battery makes it much easier but the grommets are a pain. This kit should've came with new clamps for the crankcase and coolant hoses that you need replace, instructions say to use the factory clips, but in my experience they were too small for the new hoses. Other than that, it's a good intake, sounds amazing and looks good under the hood. No engine code without a tune which is nice, but if you want noticeable gains in power you need one.

Got my mechanic to install no tune needed drastic increase in horsepower and torque at any rpm best cold air intake on the market for 9th gen si way better then aquity, injen and skunk2 cold air intakes had them all would never look back takeda for the win!

This part arrived quickly and as expected. The install was pretty straight forward on my 2015 Si coupe. Sounds great and I got some noticeable gains from it.
