Good fit, just make sure to check if you'll need the flywheel cover, i also recommend getting a cometic gasket or hondabond works perfect.

I have a K20z1 Type-S, this pan was exactly what I needed after the factory pan started forming micro cracks. It's well made, and seemed very rugged. I would highly recommend anything by K-tuned. They've proved to be a quality company these past few years.
