The Honda OEM Camshaft Position Sensor is a genuine factory replacement designed for select Honda K20 and K24 engines, including the Honda Civic Si, Accord, CR-V, and Element. Installation Notes
- Before installation, inspect the camshaft position sensor wiring harness and electrical connector for corrosion, damaged insulation, or loose connections.
- Remove the original sensor and inspect the mounting surface for oil contamination, debris, or damage. Check the sensor's sealing O-ring and replace it as required by Honda's service procedures.
- Install the replacement sensor in the factory mounting location and tighten the retaining bolt to the manufacturer's specified torque.
