I've tried several different brake compounds for the RSX, trying to find one that does the best job balancing street use and track use, and the HP+ is it.
For the track, the HP+ has held up better on hard breaking circuits better than EBC Yellowstuff, lasting longer and resisting fade much better.
While I found the EBC Yellows and Hawk HPS easier to get to behave on the street in terms of noise and feel, once the HP+s were fully bedded, I have had no issues whatsoever. In fact, my front HP+s make less dust than the EBC Yellows still on the rear, which is remarkable as the fronts do much more of the braking.
Overall, if you are looking for a pad set for the track without breaking the bank on something like Carbotech, this is what I would recommend. For longevity sake, I'd still swap them out for a street pad after your track day is over.

I purchased these pads as part of a brake system upgrade with performance in mind. Paired with Powerslot slotted rotors, these pads give incredible stopping power. I have yet to experience ANY brake fade, and they bring me down from over 100mph with ease. Keep in mind, these are high performance pads, so they do make a lot more noise. When driving around town, coming to a slow rolling stop produces LOUD squeeks (I may have bed them in improperly), and hard braking produces more noise, but the bottom line is, if you need a pad that is suitable for high performance braking, with no brake fade, this is the pad for you. If not, get Hawk HPS.
