Great clutch upgrade. This is my second time buying this kit because the throw out bearing the kit comes with is known to fail. This time I'm using an OEM throw out bearing and hoping for the best.

Received the clutch kit quickly, as expected. Shipping is usually pretty good from KSP. Installed the kit without issue. Clutch feels similar to stock, just slightly stiffer. Hoping this one lasts longer than the competition clutch stage 1.5 that I had, that failed in less than 20k miles.

I love how the clutch feels more responsive and pretty close to Oem! The delivery was quick and I got it within 4 days!

Replaced stock clutch with this wonderful jewel and couldn't be happier. It's a great step up from oem. I also complimented it with the competition clutch 11.8 lb flywheel and the two seem to go hand in hand. Don't hesitate to buy these products. Your car will thank you. I plan to mod my car so I bought this clutch to handle any potential additional power. But, I'd say even if you plan to keep your car stock, you should get this clutch when the old one needs replacing. Right after installation the clutch is a bit touchy, but I'd say even during the touchy, not-yet-broken-in stage its preferable to stock. And once its broken in, its awesome. Its noticeably springier, much more precise, and bites harder. The catch point is easier to sense. I also got the 11.5 pound lighter (but not lightest) flywheel. The engine feels much smoother with these additions, much less bucking when idling the car and engine braking. It also revs a bit quicker. Add a weighted shift knob, and the car drives and feels so much better. It feels like it doubled in value with these small additions. I really prefer a springy, sporty, precise clutch. So if you're like me, just get it. Also thanks to my mechanic for doing such a good job. :)

For anyone that is debating this clutch over others I highly recommend this product. I installed the stage 1 clutch with a competition 11.5 pound flywheel at 90,000 miles on my k20a3 along with full bolt ons and I am amazed by the performance and durability of this clutch. I am currently at 160,000 miles and still pulling strong.

Got it installed with the Exedy 8.9 lb flywheel. Clutch doesnt feel any heavier than stock, but grabs a lot quicker and a lot harder. Gonna take a while to get used to, but overall feels great, and will feel even greater doing pulls when break-in periods over.

the pedal feels great. definately not any heavier than the old but much smoother. it grabs much harder than the old and works great with the act street lite flywheel

I paired this with a comp 11.5 lb flyhweel on a 02 rsx type s and it was well worth the price. The first few hundred miles were a little taxing at times but after break in it feels like stock with a little more bite.

I don't know much about clutches, but I do know that this feels better than the stock unit that it replaced. The engagement point is more definitive; very smooth and precise. Pedal effort is just like OEM... I seriously can't tell the difference. The car is easy to shift and drive fast.

This combo is very nice. Engine revs a little bit quicker. Catches at good height. Just as stiff as stock. Perfect for daily. Shipping was fast! Install was easy and straight forward. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Will do business again.

Awesome OEM replacement or slight upgrade, At first during break in it felt like a stage 2 clutch and i still jerk here and there (girlfriend drives car more and has gotten used to it before myself) but its starting to feel like a bit over stock and feels great. Highly Recommended

Let me say ay first. this clutch grabs hard as fruck. I was able to chirp tires in 5th gear easily. The installation was easy except for one minor thing. One of the holes on the pressure plate was a fraction of a mm off and had to be drilled for it to bolt up to the flywheel. Everything else went smoothly. At start up, there was no throw out bearing rattle but ni i'm hearing it after almost three months. Another thing to mention is that after i installed this clutch, my pedal was disengaging the clutch almost to the top of the pedal travel. I had to go and adjust the rod behind the pedal to get it to a mnore comfortable level but the side effect of that is that the pedal now has about 1/2 - 3/4 inch of free play. Now for the most annoying part of all, this clutch has a lot of chatter, especially if you try to feather it and move the car at low rpm. If you increase the rpm and release the clutch relatively quickly it's fine... I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the few issues i mentioned. It gets 5 out of 5 for grab !!!!!

Had to buy a clutch due to my stock one breaking...this clutch feels like stock but better feel ...paired this with ACT lightweight flywheel ..perfect combo

Exedy Stage 1 was the best way to go. If you plan on staying NA and want something more stiff than OEM and want something with a more control feel but don't wanna be race car...get with the lightweight racing flywheel from exedy for a full package deal.

When I purchased this last September the mileage of my car was 101,000, right when I installed it, it's been quicker than never before, it grabs so much , the torque has been rapidly aggressive, in short performance wise is absolutely awesome, good investment for me, right now it's been like 1000 miles and still it's good on DD and I guess on the track since its stage 1.5, the only thing that I considered do was to match this with the type R flywheel than the exedy lightweight ones but a good buy

Time for the clutch replacement. Installed the clutch at 250,000+ miles on original never opened stock K20A3 block. When installed i did feel Chatter and vibrations. It grabs so hard at first it makes your neck snap. Took about 600 miles for it to feel normal again. Not only is it stronger than stock, it feels just like stock! Car now has 260,000+ miles and running strong. Installed it with Exedy Flywheel and it gives me an extra 60miles per tank!!! It pays itself. Good Quality Part!

Recently swapped from a Comp. Clutch stage 2 with 8 lb flywheel to the Exedy Organic with an OEM flywheel. Much more drivable especially at low speeds. The pressure plate is MUCH softer, nearly stock, and my clutch master cylinder is no longer squeaking or clicking. Engagement is slightly grabbier than stock and it appears to hold up to a 7 psi JRSC setup fine. It chatters a bit but I'm still within the break-in period. If everything keeps working, this will be my preferred clutch combo for the rest of the time that I own this car.

Installed clutch about 3 months ago now. Grabs way better than stock, feels like a new car, BUY IT!!!

Had it for 40K miles so far...over 5 years. Against basic bolt-onsand agressive driving style, this thing is holding up wonderfully.

this clutch is pretty good if you just want something near stock and a lil bit of pull. im really happy with it i highly recommend this clutch

i really like this clutch!! its pretty grabby for a stage 1. it was pretty chattery for a while when i first put it in, and noy it just chatters when you really get on it. i recomend this clutch for someone who wants a nice stage 1 for a decent price.

Pedal feels stock, and enough torque load increase to grip fine on bolt-ons. Enough said.

Wow. Great product, one of my favorite mods to date. Stiffer pedal but still good for a daily driver, very pleased.

the organic clutch was everything i imagine it, every shift was tight and the grip was harsh just what do you expect from exedy. there was no flaw what so ever one of the best mod and the price is reasonable for its performance..
