Dang son

i run my car on mountains and other fun roads. i remember when i overheated my oem brakes and i could not stop, it was a scary moment. i got these bad boys to attempt to mitigate some of the heat soak and they work wonderfully. yes wheels get dusty, and sometimes they squeal. but if this bothers you than why are you even looking at performance brakes? the longest i've taken these in one go is a 24 mile downhill run without any heat soaking, they brake harder as they warm up too. Fair warning they suck at braking when they are cold.
A great pad!

These fit too tightly in the caliper tracks, so I needed to grind a bit off the end of the pad, but they certainly do stop well, and the dust is easily removed from the wheels. They bedded easily, and there is no noise. I also have braided stainless hoses, so the brakes are right there immediately when I need them.
Great Brakes

Great brakes....Easy install (as all brake pads should be!)...I've had these for about 1,000 miles now and no complaints whatsoever. I'm not sure what the issue is with the other users and noise, as I haven't heard them squeal once. Autocrossed with them twice, and they performed excellently. Even had an S2000 driver ask to run my '05 Type S for a heat, and he specifically complimented the brakes. Dust has also not been bad, but I clean my car regularly anyway so there's never much chance for build up. One thing I will say is they can make smooth street driving more difficult, as the initial grab is much stronger. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
good but loud

These are good pads. Noticed some increase in stopping power. One major con however is that these are not quiet by any means. Very noisy especially while breaking in. Would recommend the green stuff first before these. NTL still a great pad.
Average, lots of dust

These products do make a lot of brake dust. Wish I had a photo to upload. My silver wheels are now gunmetal grey. The braking seems the same. Nothing noticable, as far as difference in stopping. I bought some gray spray paint to paint them so they would match the calipers. I thought the covers/slips they came with might cover the red paint on the pads (first brake job) so I did not use the paint I had bought. The covers/slips do not cover the pads so unless you want the red to show, paint them first.
For stopping power

These pads work for my car, one thing that fascinates me is the fancy red color, must buy

First off I installed these pads myself so it was very much a straight forward install. No headaches or missing pieces. I cant remember the rear or front having this issue but one of them doesnt come with shims, no big deal, just use your stock ones. So lets move on to their claims. They say its "almost dust free" but thats not true. I was hoping for something on the same level of dust as the OEM brake pads and Im satisfied. Just a little more dust than OEM; which you cant complain since these are aftermarket, higher performance pads. My "bed in" time took about 1000 miles to feel the entire braking ability. I also did the bed-in process after the bed-in time period. Before that though, they werent dangerously bad but just not as good as they are now; about on par with OEM pads. One thing I noticed is when new they dont brake as hard when they are cold. I had to apply the brakes about 4-5 times to get a very good grab. They definitely get better as they warm-up now and when they were new. In closing these are great replacements for stock pads. Better initial grab, not even close to the amount of brake fade as stock has when hot, and the dust is low.
